GGastnutzerStayed here for three nights in December and enjoyed the location in the old town. The room was comfortable and clean with very good shower facilities. The Lady manager we very helpful and delivered us to a very typically local restaurant with good food.
At the end of our stay the manager used her scooter truck to move our bags from the hotel to the main road which was 100 metres away across cobbled streets. Overall highly recommended.

GGastnutzerDer Hauptgrund ist, dass das Erlebnis in der Altstadt von Huangyao zu schlecht ist, die malerischen Orte in einem schlechten Zustand sind, sich nach der Epidemie niemand um sie gekümmert hat und die Tickets immer noch teuer sind.
1. Das Zimmer ist klein, das Badezimmer durchschnittlich und der Kellner ist gleichgültig.
2. Der Chef wird eine kleine Batterie benutzen, um das Gepäck zum Parkplatz zu transportieren, aber am Ende wurden ihm 12 Yuan für den kostenlosen Service berechnet. Der Chef ist mit der kleinen Batterie weggelaufen, also musste er sie selbst bezahlen.
3. Das Haus scheint ein Raum mit drei Eingängen zu sein, daher gibt es keinen Aufzug. Sie müssen Ihr Gepäck mitnehmen und die Treppe hinaufsteigen. Sie können jedoch den Kellner bitten, es zu holen Wenn Sie aufstehen, wird Ihnen niemand Beachtung schenken, und das Auf- und Absteigen ist so unbequem
4. Die Plattform auf dem Dach soll der höchste Punkt in der Altstadt von Huangyao sein, aber sie ist nicht sehenswert. Die kleine Bar auf dem Dach ist nur nachts geöffnet und alles ist sehr teuer.

GGastnutzerAusstattung: Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind erstklassig. Die Zimmer sind hell und geräumig und mit modernster Technik ausgestattet, darunter Smart-TVs, Highspeed-WLAN und automatische Vorhänge. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, so dass ich jede Nacht wie auf einer Wolke schlafen konnte. Darüber hinaus ist das Fitnesscenter des Hotels gut ausgestattet und das Schwimmbad hat klares Wasser, was meiner Freizeit viel Spaß gemacht hat.
Sauberkeit: Ich war vom Sauberkeitsstandard des Hotels sehr beeindruckt. Sowohl die öffentlichen Bereiche als auch die privaten Räume werden in makellosem Zustand gehalten. Ich fühlte mich sehr beruhigt, dass die Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Badezimmereinrichtungen gründlich gereinigt und desinfiziert wurden. Das Reinigungsteam des Hotels ist offensichtlich sehr professionell und sorgt mit seinem Einsatz dafür, dass jeder Gast eine hygienische und komfortable Umgebung genießen kann.
Umgebung: Die Umgebung des Hotels ist ruhig und elegant. Es liegt im Herzen der Stadt und ist dennoch geschickt vom Trubel der Außenwelt abgeschirmt. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels ist modern und stilvoll und jedes Detail verrät die Absichten des Designers. Auch die Naturlandschaft rund um das Hotel ist ein Highlight. Ob der Sonnenaufgang am Morgen oder der Sternenhimmel in der Nacht, es ist erfrischend.
Service: Das Serviceteam des Hotels war der unvergesslichste Teil meiner Erfahrung. Von der Rezeptionistin an der Rezeption bis zum Servicepersonal im Restaurant ist jeder Mitarbeiter herzlich und freundlich und bereit, den Gästen bei der Lösung ihrer Probleme zu helfen. Ihre Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit gaben mir das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Concierge-Service des Hotels sehr aufmerksam ist und perfekte Vorschläge machen kann, sei es bei der Organisation des Transports oder der Empfehlung lokaler Speisen.

IIgnaz ForstnerThe secret Manor is located quite close to the entrance of the old town, which helps with luggage transport. Parking is outside the old city. We liked how the whole place was decorated. Staff is helpful, helps also with luggage. Except we never met a soul when we went out in the mornings and its kind of dark when finding your way to the exit and there is this one step down which basically is not visible and therefore actually a concern in my view. A breakfast place is right next door which is good except the food is mediocre. We enjoyed our Stay there. The only thing we did not like at all was that beautiful cat being locked up in a cage for most of the day. We chose the place due to the fact we could bring our little dog.

Die Lage war großartig für uns, da es einen grünen Korridor zwischen dem Hotel und dem Kanal gibt, der es sehr einfach machte, unseren kleinen Freund für seinen Geschäftsbetrieb zu bringen. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und die Matratze war komfortabel. Die Lichter sind ein wenig schwierig zu navigieren. Stockwerke und Teppiche könnten etwas mehr tender Liebe in Bezug auf Reinigung erhalten. Großes Frühstücksbuffet und Umgebung, sehr leicht und einladend. Wir wollten, dass es in dem Zimmer ein Minikühlschrank gibt. Eine Nachtschicht ist, dass Sie alles hören, von den Menschen in den angrenzenden Zimmern. Wir hören sogar die Musik von der Halle. Aber sie haben es abgesetzt, nachdem wir es gefragt hatten.

GGastnutzerThe hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, despite us not speaking Chinese and them not speaking English! They booked our taxi back to Hezhou station and when we could not find the hotel (the map pin is in the wrong place - it’s really just through the gate after the big tree), they came to collect us and walked us to the place.
The bed was a good size and very comfy. Room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was small but Huangyao is a short stop so this doesn’t matter too much - shower was good and hot.
It was a shame that the door was bolted closed at 6:45am so I couldn’t go for an early stroll - 24/7 reception advertised but maybe not provided.

Dienst: Obwohl es hauptsächlich um die Bewertung der Umwelteinrichtungen geht, muss man den Service erwähnen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch und aufmerksam und von der Unterkunft bis zum Abgang des Ladens fühlen mich wie ein Gast. Ob es sich um Rezeption, Gästezimmerservice oder Restaurantpersonal handelt, haben eine sehr hohe berufliche Qualifikation gezeigt.
Kurz gesagt, die Umgebung, die Einrichtungen und die Ausstattung dieses Hotels sind nicht zu erheben, es ist eine sehr angenehme Aufenthaltserfahrung, stark empfohlen!

HHelen Yu (Chestnut Journal)Im Fernen Ende, aber noch in der Altstadt von Huangyao, bietet der Huangyao Dayuan ruhige Ruhe für Reisende innerhalb der Stadt selbst. Es befindet sich auch neben einem Erbeort. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und gab mir die Informationen, die ich benötigt habe, um zum nächsten Fuß meiner Reise zu gehen. Es gab einen Frühstückskupong und der Verkäufer machte gutes Frühstück, das mich den ganzen Morgen verbrachte. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es war auch warm in der Nacht. Es war nicht möglich, mehr zu beantragen.

CChristopher AlvinThis hotel is very good indeed. The room is extraordinarily large and well presented in wooden finish. It is exceptionally clean with a large bathroom that offers everything I could require.
The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Often, I would find that they had anticipated a question or need.
The breakfast is very basic and functional with fried noodles, boiled eggs, Baozi (steamed buns) and Zhou (rice porridge), plus tea. Personally, I liked it a lot but I could imagine many travelers finding it too basic for their taste.
I love staying here and do so whenever in Hezhou.
